Francesca Pizzutelli (Hilary Term 2010)

Francesca is Assistant Legal Adviser at the International Secretariat of Amnesty International, where she is part of the International Justice Project. She is responsible for coordinating the organization’s work on truth commissions and amnesties. Before joining the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies she spent four months working on transitional justice in Nepal.  She worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross and the Italian National Research Council. She holds a Masters’ degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, Switzerland.  She will be visiting us for two months and will be residing in office 291 for the duration of her stay.
