James F. Reardon (Michaelmas Term 2009 and Hilary Term 2010)
James F. Reardon is a Ph.D. candidate registered at the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. His work examines the need for civil reform in Switzerland, most notably the creation of collective redress mechanisms at the Federal level. After obtaining his bilingual (French/German) Bachelor of Law (Cum Laude) and Master of Law (Magna cum Laude) at the University of Fribourg, James passed the Geneva Bar examination. He also worked at the Swiss Competition Commission as the Special Assistant to the President of said Commission, co-authoring the International Competition Network's (ICN) Special Project on Competition Law in Small Economies.
