Janice Gray (Summer and Michaelmas 2009)

Janice Gray is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Law, Faculty of Law, at the University of New South Wales,  Sydney, Australia. She has published nationally and internationally on property law, equity, native title and water law. Her two co-authored books on Property Law were published by  Butterworths Lexis Nexis in 2003 and 2007 and her most recent book (published 2009) is on Water Law. While Janice is based at the Centre for Socio Legal Studies she will be pursuing her water law research. In particular, she will be examining the regulation of sewage and rights to recycled water. Janice was a Visiting Scholar in the Centre and at Wolfson College until 30 December, 2009.
