Julie Bastianutti

Julie Bastianutti is a doctoral student at the Ecole Polytechnique (Paris, France). Her research project examines how firms react to new forms of voluntary norms and regulation, particularly in sustainability and corporate social responsibility issues. Though her focus is on strategic responses, her project also aims at better understanding the relationship between firms and other type of institutions, whether they are public or private, in the regulatory process.
Previously, Julie studied Social Sciences and Philosophy at the Ecole Normale Supérieure (Paris) and Florence University (Italy) and worked as an intern for the French Foreign Affairs (Paris and Buenos Aires) and in a management consulting firm in Paris (IDRH).
