Magdalena Bober (Summer 2009)

She obtained her Master of Law degree from the Department of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow and her L.LM from the Department of Law at the European University Institute in Florence. Currently, she is second year PhD candidate in the Department of Law at the European University Institute in Florence. Magdalena investigates the issue of injunctions in the comparative perspective and tries to explain the interplay between judicial and administrative enforcement mechanisms in the field of consumers’ protection as far as injunctions are concerned. She has also been a wonderful help with the Cost of Litigation conference.
