Nam-Kyoung Lee (July 2009- July 2010)

Ms Nam-Kyoung Lee holds a bachelors degree in pharmacy  and  a masters degree in intellectual property law (MIP) from Franklin Pierce Law Centre, Concord, USA. In her professional career, she worked as a patent attorney in one of the high level IP law Firms for over 5 years, and has, for the past seven years, worked as a public prosecutor in the Korean Prosecution Office. As a prosecutor, she has specialised on IP and medical offences. In addition, Ms Lee also pursues academic research. Her special area of interests includes cyberspace crimes and privacy protection in the British criminal justice system.
