Leonardo Marroni (March - August 2011)

Leonardo Marroni joined us from the University of Siena, where he is a PhD candidate in Law and Economics. His research project ‘Minority interests, interlocking directorates and antitrust policy’  falls within the framework of two distinct collusive practices: equity capital relationships and personal ties between competing firms.
