Civil Justice Programme welcomes new member

Michael Reynolds joins the Centre as a Civil Justice Programme Associate. Michael began his career as a solicitor before undertaking postgraduate studies at King’s College London and QMW, and doctoral studies at the LSE Law Department. Whilst in practice as a solicitor he specialized in construction law and commercial arbitration (domestic and international). He has also tutored masters' students at UCL and LSE in international commercial arbitration and Foreign Relations Law, and supervises masters' students at BBP Law School in London and doctoral construction and arbitration students in England and Hong Kong. During his stay at the Centre Michael will work closely with the Civil Justice group, carrying forward research undertaken at LSE on the efficiency and effectiveness of judicial case management to map ADR systems in a comparative context.
