Qualifications:

LLB from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.

Master in Public Administration from Centro de Investigación y Docencia Ecónomicas, A.C. (CIDE) in Mexico City.

MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science

Biography:

Before coming to the United Kingdom, Andres had combined the practice of Law, public policy analysis, and academic activities such as teaching and researching. He has collaborated in research projects related with administration of justice, federalism and regulatory governance in globalization. Andres is currently working towards a doctorate in the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies within the Law Faculty of the University of Oxford.
