Lionel is conducting research into the International Criminal Court's involvement in Kenya in response to the post-electoral violence of 2007 and 2008. He has previously worked as a legal intern at the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, and as a legal intern with Trial Chamber II at the Special Court for Sierra Leone. He is currently the Administrative Manager for the Oxford Transitional Justice Research Group.
