Biography

Sinisa is pursuing a DPhil degree at Oxford. Prior to coming to Oxford, Sinisa worked for eight years on human rights, rule of law and governance issues in Serbia and South-eastern Europe for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and in the civil sector.

His experience includes co-drafting the Anti-discrimination Act and the Law on Free Legal Aid in Serbia as well as participation in amending the Constitutional Charter of Serbia and Montenegro.

Sinisa graduated from the LSE in 1997 with an LLB. He went on to complete a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy at the Fletcher School, Tufts University in Boston in 2000 and was the recipient of the Washington DC alumni scholarship.
