Biography:
Tatiana is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate at the Centre for Socio-Legal Studies, University of Oxford. Her research project utilises a qualitative research design based on in-depths interviews and on-site observations. It focuses on business-to-business dispute resolution and contract-enforcement in Ukraine.
Prior to joining the Centre, Tatiana taught International Commercial Arbitration and other courses at the Donetsk National University, Ukraine; and distance learning course in ADR for Queen Mary University of London. She consulted IFC (World Bank Group), EU Commission, and UNDP on judicial reform, mediation and out-of-court dispute resolution in the Post-Soviet countries.
