Qian Hongdao

Professor Qian Hongdao joins us from Guanghua Law School, Zhejiang University, where he is a Professor of Law. His research field is the rule of law, economic analysis of the law, comparative law and Western jurisprudence. His current project is a comparative study of the different patterns in the realization of Rule of Law and seeks available models for China in the transitional period through comparison between China, the UK and America.
